Retreat Overview

Sedona has often been referred to as a sacred destination by those visiting from all over the world. Sedona sits in the middle of the beautiful Upper Sonoran Desert of Northern Arizona.  Just basking in the beautiful scenery Sedona has to offer, is healing all on its own.

Sunny has found great comfort with each visit to this magical haven, and feels its energy can and does help transform lives. So join Sunny for a weekend of growing, playing, learning, and most of all healing!

We will be doing many hands on activities to help you develop your intuition, open your heart, heal issues from the past, discover your soul purpose, connect with deceased loved ones, play with the Angels and awaken your true spirit.

Everyone that attends this weekend will have an opportunity to participate in a healing ceremony among the majestic red rocks of Sedona. You will also get to visit one of Sedona’s empowering energy vortexes and fill yourself with that healing energy. We will also be going on an outing to the prayer garden at Crescent Moon Ranch and enjoy a wonderful ritual of honoring those in our lives and blessing those that have transitioned.

You may also want to take a dip in the creek, or take a swing on the rope swing into the creek. We will also have free time so that you can explore Sedona, get a massage, read, go for a hike, or just hang with new friends! Lucky for you, we will also have Sunny's healing team available to serve you as you move through your experiences.

Morning yoga is an option that is included in your retreat fee. We will also have a massage therapist, a Reiki healer, and a toe reader available during free time for an additional fee, if you feel so guided.
