Healing Retreat Italy September 2010

Sunny is being called to Italy to hold a retreat in late September/early October 2010. We would like to find out approximately how many people may be interested in joining her.  The trip price will include round trip airfare from the US to Rome (10 days) and full payment for the retreat including hotel accommodations and all meals during the retreat.  The retreat will take place in a small quaint village near Sorrento at the sea.  Included in this retreat will be a special walk. In addition if you are interested in staying additional time at this hotel discounted rooms are available (breakfast included).  All rooms have sea views and private terraces.  If you have friends or family that would like to travel with you and are not interested in attending the retreat please indicate the number of people and city of departure in the US. RETREAT DETAILS

Round trip airfare $1250.00 includes all taxes, fees, etc. Departing from the following airports:  Minneapolis, Chicago, Denver and Phoenix; arriving in Rome, Italy. Departure date September 21st: Return date September 30th. You can book your own airfare if you would rather as well.
$250 deposit required (100% refundable prior to June 23rd and possible to change names on the ticket prior to August 23rd.
*Travel insurance available at an extra charge.

Price includes retreat, double occupancy room and all meals during the retreat. For single occupancy please add $75.00 for a total of $963.00

The hotel is located near Sorrento and is five minutes walking distance from public transportation. (Specific directions will be provided).  Each room has its own private balcony overlooking the sea.  It is located in the quaint town of Vico Equense.  You may visit the website at www.hoteloriente.it. for additional details.

If you are interested in staying at the Hotel Oriente prior to the retreat we have arranged for special pricing for our retreat guests. 
$55.00 per night/ double occupancy; includes breakfast
$77.50 per night/ single occupancy; includes breakfast
A 20% deposit is required to hold the room space with a credit card.  We will be happy to assist you in making these reservations if you like.  Best to reserve your room prior to June 1st.
Points of interest in the area:   Pompeii, Naples, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Positano, Capri, Ischia.  All points of interest are easy accessible from the hotel. 

We are looking for a group rate for the evening of September 29th in Rome as the flight will depart around 10:00AM and it is necessary to be at the airport three hours prior to departure.  Details to follow.
