You Opening Guarded Areas

Yoga is a practice of allowing yourself the time and space to create greater health, mental awareness and balance by exploring your body from the inside out and reconnecting with the Spirit that resides within you!

Through gentle guided movements your body will let you know areas in which you are guarding and restricting the flow of energy. By using your breath and allowing there to be a moment of surrender and release these areas will begin to open up and allow you to move deeper into your stretch

Yoga can be practiced in a class setting, with a yoga instructor in a private session or on your own in your own time and space. No matter what your preference may be, I encourage you to explore the oneness that you will experience when you allow yourself to get in touch with the wonderful essences that is you!

The style of Yoga that I will be offering is Hatha Yoga J Hatha is a Sanskrit word that translates into “force” or “physical”. Broken down, Ha represents our masculine, solar or energizing qualities and tha our feminine, lunar or relaxing qualities. The word Hatha brings together the balance of both qualities

I will be offering weekly classes at Sunlight Alliance as well as private sessions, if you so desire. The cost of a class being held on Saturday mornings from 10am-11am is $13.00 and the cost of a private session is $20.00 per person with no more than three people per private session.
