Christmas Party

Come Join Us on December 11, 2010 from 1:00 to 6:00pm

Please come join us as we celebrate the spirit of Christmas through our annual Christmas event. We ask that everyone who wishes to attend bring at least one can food item that will be donated to the families that we sponsor this year and one wrapped White Elephant gift. Your white elephant gift may be any item you may have sitting around your home that you don't want, like or need any longer. Besides the White Elephant gift exchange there will also be plenty of Christmas games, great food, music, fun, shopping, a Silent Auction, a 50/50 Raffle and maybe even a visit from St. Nick himself!

This event will benefit Sunlight Alliance Foundation to serve several families in our own community. Raffle tickets for the Silent Auction can be purchased the day of the event for $1.00 each. Remember, you can enter as many drawings for auction items, as many times you desire! This year we are also selling raffle tickets for the higher end items.. valued at $250 or more…We will be giving away some really great gifts so get your tickets now.  Check out some of the great prizes we have for the raffle tickets.

Tickets for the Silent Auction
Tickets for the silent auction can be purchased the day of the event for $1.00.  Remember, you can enter as many drawings for auction items, as many times you desire! You must come to the Christmas party in order to put your name in for the silent auction items: Some of the items we have already received and will be available at the xmas party are sleep number pillows, Cox digital cable credit of $150, foursome of golf at Country Meadows, Phoenix Suns item..signed, Hallmark gifts, necklaces and jewelry, wine basket, breast cancer survivor basket, massage gift certificates, Costco $50 gift cert., Sweet tomatoes gift cert., Autographed baseball and bat form the Diamondbacks..and lots, lots , lots more.


Looking for Sponsors
We are also currently looking for sponsors to help support this annual event. We are in need of donated services and products to be used in the Silent Auction and Raffle. It is through these gracious donations that we are able to raise money to help support those in need each Holiday Season. For those who can donate Auction items through services ( 1 hour massage, 1 hour Reiki, 1 hour coaching, etc.), product (jewelry that you make, figurines, angels, candles, etc.) or Gift cards to anywhere  (movies, Hotel certificate, grocery store, a favorite restaurant, etc.) we offer our deepest appreciation for all your time and service in helping make this event a success! If you are going to be making a donation for the Silent Auction, please have them to us by Dec2nd.

Cell Phones
We also have been asked to collect any old cell phones you may have that are no longer of service. We will be collecting them this year to send to the soldiers.  Please take a few minutes, collect all those old cell phones and bring them with you when you come to join us for this Christmas celebration!

If you are interested in donating any items, money, gifts to the family, sell raffle tickets for us, volunteering your time or donating food for the event, please contact Sunlight Alliance. Remember, money raised this year will be going to families in our very own community who are in need, as we recognize that many people are struggling with day to day expense at this time. If you  have a family that you know may be in need of some support this year as well, please send their story to us at the email address above, we will take all of the requested families info and then allow spirit to guide us to the recipients of the help and support this year!
