Sunny Dawn Johnston’s Biography

As a gentle and supportive spiritual teacher and psychic medium, Sunny Dawn Johnston has helped thousands of people across the country find their personal spiritual connection, learn to listen within to their own inner truth and recognize and own their natural spiritual gifts. As a child, with the support of her metaphysical parents, Sunny was given the opportunity to follow her own truth, beliefs, and life path. She was a spiritually gifted child and has since devoted her life to the enhancement of her spiritual gifts and to the application of these gifts with humanity.

Sunny was born in Cheyenne Wyoming, spent the majority of her childhood growing up in Salt Lake City Utah (living in a metaphysical household), and now resides in Glendale Arizona with her husband, two children and two dogs. Her psychic abilities manifested themselves when she was a teenager and, after being a stay at home mom she began working full-time as a psychic and medium in 2000. Since that time, she has conducted thousands of readings for clients all around the world.

Sunny has become widely known and respected as an International Intuitive, Medium and Spiritual Teacher. As a national speaker, Sunny's dynamic methods effectively reach out to help people to help themselves. Sunny will help you become aware of the power you have to change your life. Sunny’s spiritual guidance has supported and directed her through many difficult life challenges. As a teenage single mother, Sunny knew she needed to make major life changes in order to feel hope and find peace for herself and her son. Over the past 19 years she has found the courage to embrace life’s challenges and changes by discovering and teaching that ALL answers lie within. Sunny has become a widely known and well respected spiritual teacher, psychic medium, healer, spiritual counselor, author and minister. She has witnessed incredible miracles in her own life through her connection with her Angels, Guides and spiritual helpers and has served as a guide to thousands of others on the path to intuitive development, personal power, awareness and healing.  

Sunny has been featured on many local and national television and radio shows including Coast to Coast with George Noory and Good Morning Arizona. Sunny was an international radio show host as well, hosting two of her own Internet radio shows. Sunny is actively involved in the Spiritual Community and frequently conducts informational outreach work. Her workshops and seminars at Spiritual Conferences, Holistic Expos, Community Colleges, Bookstores, City Libraries and her own Spiritual Healing Center in Glendale, Arizona are highly attended.

In December 2003, Sunny founded Sunlight Alliance, a spiritual teaching and healing center in Glendale, Arizona. She felt there needed to be a spiritual center where people could go for guidance and direction and to find a support system of like-minded people. Sunlight Alliance offers classes designed to create awareness and knowledge about a variety of spiritual subjects such as: Connecting with your Angels, Reiki Certification, Mind, Body, Spirit Certification programs both online and in person, Heal Your Life, Mediumship, Intuitive Development, Death and Dying and many, many more. In 2004, Sunny began offering Spiritual Healing retreats in Sedona Az. At this time they are now in several locations, including foreign countries and are loved and blessed by many participants of all backgrounds. Sunny has also created the Sunlight Alliance Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to changing the world, one person at a time, through Spiritual awareness, holistic healing and workshops to teach these modalities of healing and unconditional love. Sunny has created 10 Guided Meditation CDs to offer support and guidance to people on a regular basis.

Sunny also volunteers her time as a psychic investigator for the international organization FIND ME. This is a not-for-profit organization of Psychic, Investigative, and Canine Search & Rescue (SAR) volunteers working together to provide leads to Law Enforcement and Families of missing persons and homicide. www.findme2.com . The group’s first book “Find Me”, co-authored by Sunny, was published in February of 2007 and is now available on her website www.sunnydawnjohnston.com . Through Find Me, Sunny starting speaking at the Parents of Murdered Children’s chapter meetings and has been invited to be a keynote speaker at their national convention the past two years. Sunny considers this work to be one of the most important things she can offer others through her spiritual gifts, the gift of connection, hope, awareness and closure.

• I have 2 dogs, both of them came to us, one in the woods, one of the street…literally
